ECATA can perform the following actions and develop the following activities, but not limited to:
Unite all individuals and legal
entities interested in the goals pursued by the Association
Facilitate the development
of transport between the EEA/EFTA countries and the countries of Central Asia
Facilitating the import
and export of goods, services and technologies between the EEA/EFTA countries and the countries of Central Asia
Encourage investment
from EEA/EFTA countries in Central Asia, on the one hand, and investment from Central Asian countries in EEA countries, on the other hand
Organize and/or participate
in various projects, forums, conferences, seminars, colloquia, fairs, exhibitions, symposiums, study days, press conferences, special programs or any other public events that are consistent with the social purpose of the association
Develop and maintain privileged
relationships with supranational bodies such as those of the European Union, as well as with national governmental and non-governmental bodies and institutions, international organizations, institutions, etc.
Develop and maintain
relationships and projects with public or private organizations, both national and international, that pursue goals similar to those of the Association
To assist, as far as possible
all companies, institutions, organizations and/or legal entities and/or individuals in their projects to find, create, develop and/or market research in Central Asia and/or Belgium and EEA/EFTA countries
Compile, disseminate and inform
commercial procedures and practices regarding the laws and procedures in force in Belgium and the European Union, through the publication and dissemination of studies and/or articles in journals and other print and/or academic media, both online and in print
Preparing and hosting
delegation visits or participating in international trade facilitation events in EEA/EFTA and Central Asia countries
