In this context, the Association pursues, inter alia, the following objectives

The aim of the ECATA is to promote, develop, support and consolidate transport, trade, economic, financial, human, investment and technological relations between, on the one hand, the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) and, on the on the other hand, Kazakhstan, the countries of Central Asia and Mongolia.
Increasing the attractiveness
of freight traffic from Central Asia to the EEA/EFTA countries and vice versa
Development of comprehensive
proposals in the field of logistics
